PURCHASING THE DEAL
Q. How do I buy the iDealGolfer.com deal?
Simply click the “Buy Now!” button on the deal page. You will then need to make an account with your email address and create a password. This will be the same login you will use to access your purchases.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted? Is my credit card info secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We only accept US and Canadian billing addresses. Your personal information is safe and all transactions are encrypted for increased security. iDealGolfer is powered by AG, an established business in the golf industry with a positive history of outstanding service for over a decade.
Q. Will my debit/credit card be charged right away?
Yes, as soon as you purchase the deal your debit/credit card is authorized and charged immediately. You can log in as soon as you purchase and view or use the coupon via your My Account button. You will also receive an e-mail receipt to your inbox.
AFTER DEAL IS PURCHASED
Q. How soon can I use my coupon?
You can access your purchase and use your coupon right away once you buy the deal. Unless stated in the individual deal restrictions, you can even use your coupons the same day.
Q. How do I get and redeem the coupon?
Log into iDealGolfer with your email and password. Then under the "Accounts" tab, go to "My Purchases" and click on Print Coupon. You can print your voucher anytime. Once you’ve printed it you can redeem the coupon at the merchant. It can only be used once; each coupon has an original code that will be confirmed by the merchant. The voucher is a PDF and must open and download before you can print the file. Be sure to look for a notification on your browser for the downloaded file.
Q. I am opening my coupon, but I don't see anything there? What's wrong?
Our coupons use Adobe reader software to display. Please be sure your PC has a current version of the free program. If not please visit adobe.com and download the current "reader" product at no cost.
Q. Do the deals expire?
Yes, each deal will be listed with an expiration date and/or restrictions that you must adhere to in order to redeem the coupon. Please be sure and use the coupon within the restrictions and prior to the expiration date to take advantage of the offer. To help manage your purchase, be sure to use the ‘reminder emails’ which will notify you of expiring coupons each month. You can turn on these alerts via the ‘email settings’ page when logged into your account on the website.
Q. I didn’t get a chance to use my coupon, do I lose my money?
No, the promotion and offer have a set expiration date listed on the deal and the coupon, however if you are unable to take advantage of the offer before it expires the value you paid towards the promotion is still good to use for one year past the purchase date under the same restrictions. The paid value cannot be combined with any other promotions, including discounted twilight rates. The funds you paid can be applied toward regular price costs at the merchant location and you will only be responsible for paying the difference directly to the course. Any issue/concern must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
EXAMPLE: paid value of $20 on a promotional value $40 coupon. Offer expires 3-1-2014/coupon purchased 1-1-2014. The paid value of $20 is valid for the customer until 3-1-2015 and can be used and applied toward regular price offers at the merchant location.
Q. Can I buy multiples as gifts?
Yes, of course! Click the gift icon under the "Buy Now" button. Enter your recipient's email or choose to deliver yourself. You can access your purchased gifts when logged into your account, from the "Account" menu, on the "My Gifts" page. Each coupon will have an individualized code so you can purchase additional coupons. Limits may be set as needed by the merchant featured and is at their discretion. All exceptions will be listed within the details of each daily deal page.
Q. Where do I find the restrictions?
All details can be found in the "Yardage Book" section on the deal page, this is located under the photo. The deal restrictions will also appear on your coupon.
Q: Do I have to provide anything to the course when making my tee time other than the coupon number?
Some courses may require a credit card number to hold the reservation. This is dependent on the course and their own policies. Your card will not be charged unless you do not make your tee time and then you might be charged if the course has a no-show, cancellation fee. Having a coupon deal may not exempt you from these policies.
Q. Can I use my coupon for a discounted entry to a tournament, event, or for league play?
No. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. League play and tournaments are specifically excluded from coupon use.

Q. How much does it cost to join iDealGolfer?
It costs nothing to join! You simply register your e-mail to receive the daily discounts and check out the offer each day. If you like what you see, click the “Buy” button and purchase the deal.
Q. How do I participate?
After you have registered your e-mail account you will have the daily deal sent to your inbox every morning. Take a peek and click "View the Deal" to visit our website and read all details associated with the offer. Once you are ready to purchase your first enticing deal, you will create a password to save your account, and you even have the option to save your payment information on file for quick purchases later. All of your coupons purchased will be listed in your history, as well as helpful reminders for your obtained deals that are expiring soon.
Q. I have an account but I don't remember my password to login?
Visit the login screen and select the "Forgot your password?" link on the left of the screen. Submit your email and then check your inbox for a communication to reset your login password.
Q. What’s the catch?
No catch!!! Golf courses and other businesses use this website to expose their company to new customers without the direct costs of marketing. This allows the business to promote themselves for free, and as a consumer it gives you an opportunity to receive a service or good below retail value! It’s a win-win!
Q. Can I combine my iDealGolfer pass with other discounts?
No, iDealGolfer coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers unless otherwise stated.
Q. Can I use my iDealGolfer coupon on an existing reservation I already have?
No, iDealGolfer deals cannot be used on previously existing tee times or reservations.
Q. How safe is my personal information?
Q. What if I have a personal situation that prevents me from using my coupon? Can iDealGolfer or the merchant extend my expiration date?
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the loss of coupon usage time due to inclement weather, personal injury, illness, accident, or operational failure.

Q. What is Refer a Friend?
We will give you a $5 credit for each new friend you refer when the friend purchases their first deal with iDealgolfer. This is just our way of saying thanks for sharing our great deals and helping spread the word!
Q. I like a deal and want to share it. How do I Refer a friend and how can I make sure I get credit for it?
After you log in, click the “Refer a Friend” link. You can share the deal via Facebook, Twitter or email. When you share your deal a unique link is created for your referral and the deal you are sharing. When your friend uses the unique link, we’ll know you referred them. When they buy their first deal, we'll give you your $5 credit.
Q. How do I get and use the Refer A Friend’s credits. Do they expire?
Your friends have up to 30 days to purchase a deal through your unique shared link so you can gain the $5 credit. Once your friend makes their first purchase, you will receive $5 in your account credits to use toward any future purchase. Your earned credits never expire so you can hang onto them or spend ’em right away!
Q. How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to how many new people you can refer! So the more you share the deals, the more credits you can earn!
Q. How do I keep track of my credits and how many friends are using my referrals?
You have to be signed into your account on iDealgolfer to use the Refer a Friend feature so we can track who is sending the referral. Simply sign into your account after sending a referral. To track, click on “My Purchases” to see your available credits as they add up.
Q. My friend is already an iDealgolfer member. Do they count for earning credit?
The $5 credit only applies to first time purchasers.
Q. I have accumulated a few credits in my account. Do I have to use them all at one time?
Your credits are available to spend as you wish, either all at once or over several different deals. You will have the option to use your credit on the checkout page when purchasing a deal.
Q. Can I buy an iDealgolfer deal as a gift for someone?
Yes, unless the fine print on an individual deal specifically states otherwise, you can give plentifully! To send a gift, select the gift option at checkout and enter the required recipient information. You can have the deal voucher emailed directly to the recipient when the deal ends or print it out and give it like a traditional gift certificate. (Please note: The recipient name will print on the coupon and only the value of the deal will be displayed on the voucher, not the price you paid.)
Q. Can I reprint or resend a gift if the recipient has issues printing/redeeming?
Yes, the gift will be saved in “My Account” under the “My Gifts” section. Once logged in, you can easily reprint or resend a gift as needed. The unique code can only be used one time.
Q. Can I change the name on a iDealgolfer deal I purchased as a gift?
Yes, the "To:" field on a gift can be changed as long as the gift has not already been emailed directly to your recipient or redeemed at the place of business. You will need to purchase the offer and choose to give the coupon yourself, not email the certificate. (Please note: the voucher number will always remain the same allowing the merchant to track if a voucher has been redeemed.)
